One of our founding partners, Lütfiye Yaşan, completed her education in Food Engineering at Ege University and later pursued an MBA at the same institution. Since 2006, she has gained experience in production, quality control, plant managing, foreign trade and purchasing within the industry. Since 2016, she has been working alongside Tümer Yoldaş, and together they have undertaken projects such as brand creation and the establishment of a brownie production factory. She manages supplier approval and auditing, quality processes, implementation of the BRCGS Food Safety Management System, purchasing, and export processes.
