One of our founding partners, Tümer Yoldaş, gained 35 years of experience in the sales, banking and finance sectors in the Netherlands, and after 2016, he established a facility in Turkey for the production of bakery products. In 2019, he created a brand for the sale of gift brownies, and in 2022, he established Turkey's first brownie production factory. His network in the Netherlands consists of large retail chains, suppliers that provide products to the Horeca channel and production facilities, and their buyers. He is the right partner for manufacturers who want to enter the Dutch market, as he is extremely familiar with the native language, trade and culture of the Netherlands, and has both a production sector and sales and finance background.

As the youngest member of an entrepreneurial family with three sisters, his father had a bakery in The Hague, Netherlands, so it was in his genes from a young age to work with food products. After completing a trade education and doing an internship for a year in Switzerland, he took over his parents' business at the age of 22, along with his wife, and expanded it with multiple branches. As one of the first patisseries in the Netherlands to make American children's cakes, he often visited the USA and introduced this trend, especially with licensed cakes such as Sesame Street, Teletubbies, Power Rangers, etc., particularly in the Benelux and Germany through the company My Kits. In 1998, he also started producing edible cake decorations in Romania, which grew to over 100 employees, and he sold the business in 2008. Afterwards, he was involved in various management activities in different companies, such as a candy factory and chocolate processing businesses in the luxury segment. To this day, he has always been involved in the food industry, doing a lot of consultancy and trading raw materials from, among others, Eastern Europe and currently mainly from Turkey, with the company Cake Lovers.

Sajad graduated with a law degree from Huddersfield and built a successful 10-year career in investment banking. Over the past seven years, he has shifted his focus to the dynamic world of food and dessert distribution, collaborating with some of the industry’s biggest names. Beyond his professional achievements, Sajad is a passionate and dedicated Liverpool fan, channeling the same energy and commitment into every endeavor.

One of our founding partners, Lütfiye Yaşan, completed her education in Food Engineering at Ege University and later pursued an MBA at the same institution. Since 2006, she has gained experience in production, quality control, plant managing, foreign trade and purchasing within the industry. Since 2016, she has been working alongside Tümer Yoldaş, and together they have undertaken projects such as brand creation and the establishment of a brownie production factory. She manages supplier approval and auditing, quality processes, implementation of the BRCGS Food Safety Management System, purchasing, and export processes.

Our graphic design and visual communication expert, Tamer Akgündüz, has over 25 years of professional experience spanning national and global periodicals to the food and packaging industries. Since 2013, he has been working with Tümer Yoldaş, contributing to the design and management of an industry newspaper in the Netherlands, the corporate identity design of the brownie production factory, and the visual direction of the identity, promotion, and advertising processes of the produced products. In addition to the corporate identity design for Certified, he is responsible for "Private Label" brand identity, packaging design, implementation, and production processes based on client demands.

Attorney Mediator Gizem Kabasakal graduated with honors from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law in 2011. Between 2010-2011, she worked as an expert witness assistant to a Professor of Labor and Social Security Law, and between 2012-2014, she served as a corporate lawyer at a firm based in Rotterdam. Since 2014, Gizem Kabasakal has been working as a partner lawyer at Kabasakal Law Office with Av. Ferit Kabasakal. She continues her professional life as a Mediator, Conciliator Lawyer, and Expert in Labor and Social Security Law. Although she is specialized in Labor and Social Security Law, Consumer Law, Banking and Finance Law, Insurance Law, Contracts Law, Health Law, Commercial Law, Sports Law, and Civil Law, she has experience and expertise in all areas of law.

Born in Nazilli in 1979, Av. Ferit Kabasakal graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2001. Since 2003, he has been working as the founding lawyer at Kabasakal Law Office. He has good command of English and basic knowledge of German. He specializes in Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, Inheritance Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Banking and Finance Law, Insurance Law, Contracts Law, Sports Law, Criminal Law, and Civil Law.
